We want you to be happy with your California Gummy Bears wholesale order. Because our products are food items, we are limited in what we can accept for return once an order has been shipped or delivered.

Returns

We have a 7-day return review policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your order to contact us about a return request.

Because our products are food items, all returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be approved before any items are sent back.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received. You will also need to provide your order number, receipt, or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items
